Returns & Refunds
- Used candles cannot be returned or refunded.
- If your product arrives damaged, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund. To qualify, please provide photographic proof of the damage within 7 days of delivery.
- Refunds or replacements will be issued at our discretion after reviewing the claim.
Shipping & Returns
- The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped.
